“After carefully researching local body shops and dealerships, we decided to go with Scratch and Dent Xpress. Stuart was very responsive and within 24 hours responded with a quote and also came out to look at both vehicles. Corey arrived and spent a full day working on my wife’s 2010 Subaru Outback and taking care of dent and bumps and chipped rear lights on a Friday (see before and after) and then came back on Monday to touch up scratches and a headlight restoration on my 2007 Range Rover HSE. Very well done and far more reasonable cost wise compared to body shops with higher overhead. In this time of Covid19, invest and do business with small businesses in South Florida that take pride in their work and have them come to your home. Safe all around! My car was keyed and because of the reviews I selected these guys repair my car. I spoke with the owner via text, who was very professional. And after the conversation, we set up a place and time to do the work. They came to my job to do the work December 3, which was very helpful for me. I don't have a lot of free time. The technician was nice and professional. He finished the job in about 3 hours and told me he'd be back in 2 weeks to buff and wax the areas he fixed. 2 day later I texted the owner to tell him that I had noticed some oval spots that looked like dent but were smooth. They looked like what you get when you spray spray paint in one spot. The ovals had waves moving from the inside out. The own told me not to worry, because when the tech comes back to wet sand and buff those oval areas will dissappear. I was relived and two weeks later, December 17th, the tech came back out to finish the car. I showed the tech the spots and he echoed what the owner told me 2 weeks ago. They would disappear with the wet sand and buff. The tech finished the job and had me come come to check it. When I did the oval spots stuck out even more. I asked the tech about them and he said that they were dents and he could do anything about them. Its like he completely forgot about what he just told me before he started the buff. He kept telling me how great of a job he did on the buff, and how shiny the car was. I texted the owner right away, letting him know what the text said. He contacted the tech and the tech told him they were dings. I told him that they are smooth to the touch and that all 3 over spots looked exactly the same. The owner said he would have to come out the check it. He finally came out December 23rd to check it and came to the conclusion that the tech didn't do a great job and the paint didn't sit well causing those 3 identical oval spots. He told me that he would send the tech out again to fix the problem. I told him great, we shook hands, and the owner drove off. Its now June 15 and they still havent come out to fix the car. I texted the owner several times and he kept saying that he would send the tech back out but never did. Don't get scammed and go with someone different to fix your cars. This company can't be trusted to keep its word even when you go out of your own way to make it easy for them to fix the problem. Everything started off so great only to end in disaster. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone for repairs.

"This is not true! We were hired to repair a key scratch on two cars, that part is true. A technician went to his office and repaired the scratch. Several days later the technician went back and wet sanded and buffed the two doors. About a week or two later he called me and said he noticed 2 small rings on the door nowhere near where the repair was made. I asked if he could forward pictures and he said you couldn’t see the rings in pictures and need to see them in person. I made arrangements to stop by and look at the doors. I have been in business for many years and I stared at the doors for 15 minutes looking from different angles and could not see what he was talking about. The scratches were gone, the doors were smooth as glass. If there was an issue with the repair I would have no problem redoing the job. We work with chemicals and sometimes things happen and we stand by our work. For the life of me I couldn’t see what the customer was talking about. I guarantee not one body shop would have redone that job. Sometime it’s impossible to make everyone happy no matter how hard you try."

just now As the old song goes oops I did it again. Last time it was the Camaro, over this weekend it was the Jeep. Put a nice little dent in the right rear door and scratched up the paint... Stuart, the gentleman who owns the company came out, looked at it and told me that he could fix the dent perfectly but he also could fix the wheel I chopped up on that side too. That was on Friday. Today is Monday, it's 4:19 p.m. and it's fixed. I defy anybody to find the cosmetic work that was done. Greg, the tech that Stuart sent out is a great guy and most importantly he's an old fashioned body guy. He knows all the tricks that guy's used to use when I was young to make a car look perfect... And now it looks like new...If I could give this company six stars I would. Suffice to say I highly recommend them!

Technician called during transit to my location, very courteous. Showed up on time, took his time to do the work properly and the results were great! I could not tell the car had been repaired. I also have damages to my wife's car, I'm planning to call again to have them work on my wife's car this week!

The at home service is amazing. I dented a neighbor's bumber and I did not want her to be inconvienced with losing the use of her car for a few days. I sent in some photos and ageed on the price. The tech arrived at the appointed time and completed the work as specified. The owner was delighted. I do not hesitate to recommend them. Avrum Stark.

Four bodyshops wrote estimates telling me bumper has to be replaced, painted and vehicle will take 2-3 days. Scratch and Dent priced it under my deductable, did not replace the bumper and it looks new. Allan and Alex did the work in a few hours at my home. Very nice gentleman and very professional. I recommend them.

I sent several pictures on 6/2/16 of repairs needed for estimate he first quoted me $325, after a short while he replied that he would do it for $300. Next day I agreed to the $300 quote and he asked for the vin plate to match color. I told him the car was white .Later that day he let me know that he would do it for $350 because he didn't see the small tear at the bottom of the bumper . I asked him to meet me halfway since he had already quoted me $300 he agreed to it for $325. I sent the vin plate and he stated that the color was Pearl White not white . He would do it on Monday 6/6. He contacted me on Monday to confirm address his tech arrived and performed repairs within an hour or less . While his tech was working he was contacting me for payment I provided my AMEX card info without any issues .I didn't get a chance to see the repairs till later that night , upon inspecting the area the tear at the bottom of the bumper was not glued together and I notice that there was a slight dent in close proximity to the scratched area The paint job other wise was good . I contacted them to ask that he please rework the tear and fix dent , he sent tech over and reinforced tear but the dent couldn't be fixed. When I asked to make good on the repair he basically accused me of hiding the dent from him,and that it was my fault for the shoddy work. We exchanges unpleasant messages throughout the day and he finally apologized for such bad work but I should be happy anyway because had I taken it to the dealership it would have cost me $900.

"The customer did send in several pictures and afer answering several questions I did quote $300.00. I asked if it was just scratched and if the color was a pearl white. Hes said just scratched and it was not a pearl white. We normally quote a higher price for additional bodywork and pearl color. The next day my technician noticed the rip on the bottom of the bumper and when i contacted the customer he acknowledged it was ripped and still never mentioned the dent. I quoted 350.00 to repair the rip but he complaigned about that and that and argued i saw the picture and that he would only pay 325.00. He then forward all the information i requested and that is when I noticed it was also a pearl white color. I knew he wasnt going to pay additional for the repair because he was already complaigning about the additonal 25.oo for the rip. When my technician arrived and met the customer's wife he mentioned to her about the rip and dent. He told her he can reinforce the rip the best he could but could not repair the dent. She told him the main things she was concerned about was the scratches. My technician reinforced the rip the best he could and repaired the scratches. The wife saw the repair before payment was receved and was very pleased with the repair. Later that night the husband contacted me telling me we didnt fix the dent. I told him the estimate was just for the scratches and reinforcement of the rip and not the dent. He then said we didnt complete the repair and wanted the dent repaired. I told him again he didnt pay for the dent and he also didnt pay for the pearl white color and that we did that for free. I never appologized for a shotty repair, for the repair we were contracted to do was perfect. If it wasnt repaired to her satisfaction his wife would not have been happy, Payment is only ecieved after the job is complete and the customer is satisfied. I appologized for not being able to see the dent. We repair 20-30 cars a week and about 50% of those were given estimates based on pictures. The customer always gives an accurate description of the repair. Sometimes it is difficult to see a small dent and some customers miss that. My tech always meets with the customer before the repair begins to go over the damage and what the estimate was for. If he notices there is more damage that wasnt disclosed he always gives the customer an option to pay a little more to get everything repaired or repair the damage based on the estimate. The wife told my tech to take care of the scratches. That is what he did. We pride outselves on excellent customer service unfortunately sometimes regardless of how much you try you can not please everyone."

Very responsive and professional. A quote was provided via text after I texted an image of the damage and work needing done. They had a technician out two days later. The tech was on time and professional. The repair took less than an hour to complete. The quality of the work was excellent and the fact that they're remote saved me valuable time.

I never had to leave my house. He came to my house for the estimate and his technician came to my home to do the repair. The technitian was at my home for several hours and performed 90% of the work. He then informed me that it need to sit over night and then he came back the next day to buff it out and finish the job. It looks like new and I was very happy.
