"This is not true! We were hired to repair a key scratch on two cars, that part is true. A technician went to his office and repaired the scratch. Several days later the technician went back and wet sanded and buffed the two doors. About a week or two later he called me and said he noticed 2 small rings on the door nowhere near where the repair was made. I asked if he could forward pictures and he said you couldn’t see the rings in pictures and need to see them in person. I made arrangements to stop by and look at the doors. I have been in business for many years and I stared at the doors for 15 minutes looking from different angles and could not see what he was talking about. The scratches were gone, the doors were smooth as glass. If there was an issue with the repair I would have no problem redoing the job. We work with chemicals and sometimes things happen and we stand by our work. For the life of me I couldn’t see what the customer was talking about. I guarantee not one body shop would have redone that job. Sometime it’s impossible to make everyone happy no matter how hard you try."

"The customer did send in several pictures and afer answering several questions I did quote $300.00. I asked if it was just scratched and if the color was a pearl white. Hes said just scratched and it was not a pearl white. We normally quote a higher price for additional bodywork and pearl color. The next day my technician noticed the rip on the bottom of the bumper and when i contacted the customer he acknowledged it was ripped and still never mentioned the dent. I quoted 350.00 to repair the rip but he complaigned about that and that and argued i saw the picture and that he would only pay 325.00. He then forward all the information i requested and that is when I noticed it was also a pearl white color. I knew he wasnt going to pay additional for the repair because he was already complaigning about the additonal 25.oo for the rip. When my technician arrived and met the customer's wife he mentioned to her about the rip and dent. He told her he can reinforce the rip the best he could but could not repair the dent. She told him the main things she was concerned about was the scratches. My technician reinforced the rip the best he could and repaired the scratches. The wife saw the repair before payment was receved and was very pleased with the repair. Later that night the husband contacted me telling me we didnt fix the dent. I told him the estimate was just for the scratches and reinforcement of the rip and not the dent. He then said we didnt complete the repair and wanted the dent repaired. I told him again he didnt pay for the dent and he also didnt pay for the pearl white color and that we did that for free. I never appologized for a shotty repair, for the repair we were contracted to do was perfect. If it wasnt repaired to her satisfaction his wife would not have been happy, Payment is only ecieved after the job is complete and the customer is satisfied. I appologized for not being able to see the dent. We repair 20-30 cars a week and about 50% of those were given estimates based on pictures. The customer always gives an accurate description of the repair. Sometimes it is difficult to see a small dent and some customers miss that. My tech always meets with the customer before the repair begins to go over the damage and what the estimate was for. If he notices there is more damage that wasnt disclosed he always gives the customer an option to pay a little more to get everything repaired or repair the damage based on the estimate. The wife told my tech to take care of the scratches. That is what he did. We pride outselves on excellent customer service unfortunately sometimes regardless of how much you try you can not please everyone."
