I chose Nilo D'Nard because of the recommendations on Angie's List.  There was construction work done on the ceiling, new cabinets, and granite counter tops.  The cabinets were ordered by Jaime Bauman at Nilo D'Nard and they are very beautiful.  The installation and work was done by True Line Contracting, honchoed by Ken Smith.  I found Ken and all the workers he sent to be very professional and they were all concerned that a first class job was done and that I was completely satisfied.  I would highly recommend True Line Contracting and would definitely use them again.

The work was impeccable. There were recommendations made as work progressed that I thought were good suggestions but I was not prepared for how much extra went onto the bill at the end because of it. I am on a fixed income and need to budget accordingly so it was a shock. I think it only fair to say "I could do something this way for an additional amount of____, instead of leading someone to believe it would be inclusive. I had to do some serious dickering to keep it at $250 more instead of $450. I think the value was there, but a person should be told up front if it results in a cost increase so they can make an informed decision.

Jack came gave us and estimate. Signed a contact then they came and torn out everything. We pickeed out the granite. Pattern was made for the counters,granite was cut and counter installed,and plumbing was done. Then patteren made for back splash 2 days later it was installed. Some touch up had to be done. Everyone was polite and on time. Tim the installer and Sharon the office lady were the best.

we had Jack give us an estimate approx 6 months prior to our decision to really start remodeling the bathroom ....Jack gave us the freedom to choose everything from granite, tiles for the floor and wall to style of faucets, towel bar etc. Jack also gave us excellent advise on the overall remodeling process..He was prompt with answering our questions. His workers were on time. It was our pleasure working with Jack and will use him to remodel our kitchen at a later date.
