The salesman Andy was great!

I called one of the phone numbers listed, and was told it was a wrong number. I checked, and I had dialed the number correctly. I then emailed the firm, asking them to get in touch with me, but I have not received an answer.

I chose Nilo D'Nard because of the recommendations on Angie's List.  There was construction work done on the ceiling, new cabinets, and granite counter tops.  The cabinets were ordered by Jaime Bauman at Nilo D'Nard and they are very beautiful.  The installation and work was done by True Line Contracting, honchoed by Ken Smith.  I found Ken and all the workers he sent to be very professional and they were all concerned that a first class job was done and that I was completely satisfied.  I would highly recommend True Line Contracting and would definitely use them again.

I never used their services. The saleslady that was sent was so inexperience. I had to call twice for the diagram of the kitchen and when it was sent the drawing was so amateurish. I tried to call and talk with the owner but the receptionist  would not put me thru.The saleslady told me she was just starting to learn to draw it out on paper to send it to me. There were so many errors on the design. With the kind of money I was going to spend we needed someone with knowledge

After working more than 5 weeks towards a kitchen island remodeling project where most of the input & design or functional ideas came from us rather than the professional, we finally received an estimate for the job.After raising several questions in regards with labor, we received 1 week later a new estimate 30% higher than previous... without any explanation towards he increase and despite our calls for clarification. We decided to move on with another contractor 40% cheaper for same project & materials and still can't believe that we never received a single follow-up call to clarify, regain our trust or clinch a new deal with us.

Guess  that in this economy, they don't really value our thousands of dollars business and have more important deals to pursue.Move on, small people :) !

No services were preformed.  It took over 1 week just to get a valid estimate.  After I asked for it numerous times!  The customer service and follow through was very poor.  I did not feel the estimate I received was reflective for what I asked for.

A good amount more expensive than the others. We did find another provider with the same qualities, and who, on this particular job came in at a more attractive price. 

Responsiveness, niceness, and details put Jack's on the would try them again list.

We started in mid November and because of the holidays there was some delay.

After discussing the scope of the project with Jack over the phone, he decided that the job was not big enough for him and was not interested.

They were very professional. They were very thorough with the estimate. He is also very knowledgeable about what he is doing. I will definitely be using him once I come up with the funds.

The overall experience was positive.  It took approximately 7 weeks to complete, but we were vacationing twice during that period.

Jack did a great job.  From the initial call to the finished job he was a consummate professional.   I will be using him again in the near future.

The work was impeccable. There were recommendations made as work progressed that I thought were good suggestions but I was not prepared for how much extra went onto the bill at the end because of it. I am on a fixed income and need to budget accordingly so it was a shock. I think it only fair to say "I could do something this way for an additional amount of____, instead of leading someone to believe it would be inclusive. I had to do some serious dickering to keep it at $250 more instead of $450. I think the value was there, but a person should be told up front if it results in a cost increase so they can make an informed decision.

I wanted to replace all fixtures with brand new ones. He came out right away. The estimate was for about $7500. It seemed very realistic, and it was very detailed. It was not something that was scratched out on a piece of paper like we had seen from other contractors. It was very complete and thorough. He was very professional. He was helpful in explaining a lot of things that I didn’t understand. He was also great in answering my questions. We had to put the project on hold, but if we are going to do it we would probably hire Jack's Repair Plus.

Jack came gave us and estimate. Signed a contact then they came and torn out everything. We pickeed out the granite. Pattern was made for the counters,granite was cut and counter installed,and plumbing was done. Then patteren made for back splash 2 days later it was installed. Some touch up had to be done. Everyone was polite and on time. Tim the installer and Sharon the office lady were the best.

They were exceptionally professional and they turned up on time every time they were supposed to be here. Their quality was definitely good.

I wanted a quote on new plumbing, new tiling, a new wash basin and new toilets; it was a redesign of everything and it was a $10000 job. I didn?t really want to do what I had wanted to do in terms of remodeling our bathroom; for example, we wanted a drop in bath, but that was a problem. They came out when they said they would come out. They quoted high and didn?t seem to want to negotiate. I would probably use them again for a quote.

we had Jack give us an estimate approx 6 months prior to our decision to really start remodeling the bathroom ....Jack gave us the freedom to choose everything from granite, tiles for the floor and wall to style of faucets, towel bar etc. Jack also gave us excellent advise on the overall remodeling process..He was prompt with answering our questions. His workers were on time. It was our pleasure working with Jack and will use him to remodel our kitchen at a later date.

Jack made this investment one of the easiest and pain-free investments I've ever made. I own three properties both here in Florida and Chicago and have experienced horror stories. Jack's knowledge, punctuality and experience in this space made me more than happy to share this recommendation with anyone who's looking for someone of his caliber.
