Description of Work: I called Magical Plumbing to detect a leak in my home. His fee was 39.95 for an estimate he spent ! hour at my home and was to return for an estimate to complete the work, He never showed. I tried numerous times each time he said he was coming over and never showed. I hired someone else to make the necessary repairs. 5 months later I received a call saying that we own him 869.00 dollars . He claimed it was for a leak detection .

+ -1 moreI was refereed to Andre by a friend who was pleased with his work. When I spoke to Andre I didn't expect that he would be able to come out the same day. He advised he was on a job and would call when he finished. Within a hour he called and advised he was on the way. From the time I made the initial call until he arrived it only took two hours. He quickly figured out the problem. After a few minutes using a snake the toilet was cleared and running again. Andre check the sewer line outside to be sure there were no problems. I had just moved in and he asked if I needed anything else checked. I checked all of the drains in the sinks and showers just to be sure. He gave me tips for the future when the time comes to replace the water heater. Andre was very professional and polite. I would recommend and use him again.
