I was refereed to Andre by a friend who was pleased with his work. When I spoke to Andre I didn't expect that he would be able to come out the same day. He advised he was on a job and would call when he finished. Within a hour he called and advised he
was on the way. From the time I made the initial call until he arrived it only took two hours. He quickly figured out the problem. After a few minutes using a snake the toilet was cleared and running again. Andre check the sewer line outside to be sure there were no problems. I had just moved in and he asked if I needed anything else checked. I checked all of the drains in the sinks and showers just to be sure. He gave me tips for the future when the time comes to replace the water heater. Andre was very professional and polite. I would recommend and use him again.
