The two story property had been on the market for three years partly because of the exterior of the house. The property was almost devoid of trees, plants and grass. Their were sad ficus bushes that needed to be immediately removed. The house had great bone structure, but nothing to soften or accent it's beauty. It had a cold, naked, concrete look and there was no privacy. Additionally, the property's irrigation system was ancient and impossibly broken and the hardscape was inappropriate for the style of the house. Because of the scale of the house and the problems with the landscaping, irrigation system and patio and driveway, we believed a beautiful renovation was outside of our reach for many years based on our budget. For me, the landscape is so essential to enjoying your home so we interviewed several designers and landscapers to see if we could come up with some solutions, despite the extensive problems. All were talented , but Andy was the perfect fit for us. He was creative and sensitive to all of our aesthetic and budget requests. Not one of his designs apparently is ever the same and he incorporated so many beautiful palms and the colorful plants and vines I adore. Although he is very artistic and knowledgeable, his goal was to make us happy and he was flexible about incorporating reasonable changes even when inconvenient. He scheduled all our subcontractors so the process of excavation and installation was a joy. All the employees were so hard working and kind. Many friendly neighbors kept walking by thanking us for renovating the landscape in such a beautiful, colorful way because honestly it was a bit of an eyesore. Two of my friends immediately asked for Andy's number which I'm so happy to share. Honestly, we have had a few negative experiences with contractors which is so painful. Our dealings with Andy and his crew were such a gift. I have extensive experience dealing with landscape designers and contractors, and Legacy is first rate. We love our gorgeous garden!

It went very well. They are extremely hard workers and professional with lots of perfection. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Initially the process of upgrading my smallish atrium went well.  Andy came to my property where he photographed the area and we discussed what could be planted.  A few days later I went to the nursery where Andy showed me the plants he had picked for my property.  We made arrangements for his team to come out when they planted everything up and it looked good and I was happy until one of the plants he had recommended started to die back, discolor with excessive leaf damage which ruined the look of my Atrium.  I let Andy know as quickly as possibly and he came out to have a look and agreed to the poor state of the plant in question.  We agreed to replace it and I suggested another Ilex to match the one already planted and doing well.  It then took more than several telephone calls and several weeks before they finally came out to replace the damaged plant.  At one time I was told someone would be with me the afternoon before Thanksgiving but they couldnt give me a time.  I sat in all afternoon and no one showed and no one took the initiative to ring me to aplogize.  I chased them up again and they agreed to come by on Dec 2nd and they would confirm a time - which they did and the gardeners turned up..... with the wrong plant.  Finally, they returned with the correct plant for replacement.  Today I received a letter from them and my inital thought when I saw the envelope "oh this is nice, they are going to apologize for giving me such bad service" but to my utter surprise they sent me a statement for an additonal $103 to replace the original damaged plant.  At no time did they forewarn me that the plant I was asking for was going to cost an additional $100 otherwise I would have asked them to recommend something else.  To say I am bitterly disappointed with Legacy is an understatement and I certainly will not think of using them again.

I purchased a deal for 4 man hours of landscaping including 5 bags of mulch. |A supervisor and 2 workers arrived on time, explained what needed to be done and were able to accomplish this in the time alloted. I purchased an additional 15 bags of mulch that were needed to mulch the areas I wanted. |The crew was very professional and courteous. I would not hesitate to use them again.

They did a good job.

I had a good experience with them. There have been a couple of things that I have had to call them back on and they have great customer service. They are really prompt, whether it is by an email or phone call. Becky is the one I usually talk to there and she is super-nice. She always takes care of me and always asks about my son; she is really sweet.

It was good.  They came out pretty quickly.  It was pretty simple; they came out, trimmed and left. 

They were great - especially the crew leader who was pleasant to deal with.  I was inpressed by how much they got done in the time alotted by the coupon I purchased.

They did a great job my gardens look great I will hire them again.

all was excellent.  I am using them again for additional projects on my large property.

.I spoke with Paul and asked for some landscaping ideas as my front lawn is pretty bare.  He gave me some ideas and also suggested that I speak with the owners as they have even more experience.  They arrived on time and got to work right away pulling weeds, raking, cleaning up debris, etc.  They worked very efficiently and quickly.  Both men were very nice, polite and professional.  What they did was a big improvement.  I would use Legacy Gardens in the future and would recommend them to others.

Bought the Angie's Deal of the Day and they did such a good job, asked them to come back for some additional work. Nice and professional staff and did a thorough job and cleaned up all of the debris well. Would recommended this company for sure.

My family and I are very happy with the work that was done by Legacy Gardens.  Their team did a great job helping us get our yard looking great.  They listened to what we wanted and helped us pick and choose what would work best for our needs.  We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have any work done on their lawn.

Legacy Gardens did a beautiful job. They did a beautiful design, they listened to everything that I wanted, and they created what I wanted. They also educated me and gave me good recommendations so it turned out very well. The people who did the work worked very hard.

From my initial phone call to the completion of job, the whole experience was a pleasure. Becky answered the phone and directed me to Lois, who set up my appointment with her husband Andy. He came out the next day ,took pictures and asked my preferences . A few days later my husband and I met at Andy's office to look at the drawings he had done. Amazing ! We hired him on the spot. We couldn't be happier. Our yard is beautiful. I have butterfly and humming bird plants, and the most gorgeous roses. It is a unbelievable transformation. I can not recommend Legacy Gardens enough, they are neat , clean up everyday and their workers are friendly. Much thanks Andy, Lois Beckey and Keith.

We met Andy at our home where he took photos and noted our tasets. Met him again a week later at his nursery where he presented his plan. We received an estimate for the work which we approved. They requested a 50% deposit and the balance was paid after installation. They came on the two days as scheduled and carried all the work as planned.

We used the services to landscape around a new swimming pool.  We met with the owner at my home for an initial consultation and then at their nursery to discuss the types of plants to be used.  The owner and his wife spent a considerable amount of time with us discussing the type of plants and the plan where the plants would be situated.  They were professional and we believe their pricing was very reasonable.  Our neighbor used them to landscape their front of their house and the results were beautiful.  They gave us a date to perform the services and the work was done on a timely basis.  We are very, very, happy about their work. I would recommend them to anyone who needs landscaping.

They were very helpful throughout the process. I was very pleased with their work. The price they offered was the lowest of other quotes I had gotten.

It is a really beautiful place. They are very nice people to work with. They are very accommodating and we were just there last weekend as a portion of it had been redone and it looked amazing. They ended up planting 6 trees for us. The guys that did the work were just perfectionists and they did a great job. They brought in the equipment to do the job right. The billing was nicely itemized and detailed as well.

Wonderful.  We were impressed that we could take a photo of our property to them, and walk out with a design right there on the spot.  They listened intently to our desires and needs, and came up with a plan using Florida native plantings that were perfect for our property.  The prices seemed reasonable, so we contracted with them immediately.  The designer came out prior to delivery and installation and marked out where things should go, leaving it to us and their chief landscaping professional to determine with us the final results.  When the crew and plants did arrive, they scoped it out once more and worked it with us to work things into the natural flow of the land.  Within hours, everything was in place.  They even helped to remove some old plantings and prop up some other plantings that weren't on the original plan.  Without any extra charge.  They wanted it to look great as we also did.
