Heating and Air Conditioning Service
Between 9/30/17 and 11/08/2017 Automatic Control Air Conditioning came out over 5 times to troubleshoot the issue. Sometime between those visits they voided the warranty on my A/C by damaging the evaporator coils. Furthermore, as a result of not fixing the water build-up there is now mold inside the unit, which was in perfect condition prior to them coming out. I have been told by the company that installed the unit that since the warranty was voided by Automatic Control Air Conditioning the entire unit will need to be replaced.
