When I first met Gio I explained what I wanted to do, which was to build deck and screen room on the back of our home. He immediately recommended making the screen room an extension of the house vs. a screen room separate from our home. He was spot on and I retained him to do the work knowing that his recommendation was right for the home even though it exceeded my initial idea of what it would cost.
The project included demolition of a gazebo; building a form and pouring a footer; extending the flat roof deck above; building the structure including electric and plumbing for outdoor shower; and installing slate tile.
From start to finish, he and his brother Jean and their crew did a top notch professional job. Communication was great and scheduling went as expected, two things that always screw up a construction project.
I would hire them again in a heart beat, and in fact I intend to hire them for some future projects that I have in mind.
