From the moment of initial contact to the final payment and departure, the experience was A+! The contractor (owner Matt) returned my call immediately and set up a time for an estimate of the job. He arrived promptly and was able to look at the property and said he would give us a written estimate. He followed through just as he said he would. The next day I had an estimate in writing of the job. It was lower than other estimates I had priced by more than 33%! As he was coming from Bay County, (I live in Gulf County) I expected it to be a higher estimate. Even if it had be a bit higher than the local guys, I probably still would have went with this company because I was so impressed with his immediate response to my initial call. He said he could get to the job in a few weeks and gave me an exact date. It was still earlier than any previous contract estimates from other contractors. The work is beautiful; perfectly flat and level. Excellent work. My husband was so impressed that we plan to have more work performed by this contractor. Don't even waste time with the rest. This company is the one to call when you want the job done well and relatively soon. Service does not cost an arm and a leg but is fair. Best of all, Matt calls you back and gets you estimates when he says he will. I felt like a valued customer and that he wanted my business.
