The service was good and the price was competitive. I had certainly planned to tip them several hundred dollars, but I did not appreciate the tip being included in the fine print and that was just the expected amount I had to tip. Overall the service was good.

They packed a few items but provided boxes for some of what I packed. The intitial moving out of furniture was very quick and efficient considering we had a hurricane go through on the same day. They stored everything from August to December and then moved it from Florida to Kentucky. We did not lose anything although the lawnmower was left on the truck but they returned it shortly after our move. The second move was also in the rain so it was an episodic procedure depending on the down pours.
All work was done according to schedule; workers, both packers, movers, office and sales person, were professional, efficient and friendly. I not only recommend them but would also use them again.

.They really did an excellent job. They were fast from start to finish. They barely took breaks like maybe 10 minutes here or there. They also quoted me one price but when it was done it actually came out less then what I was quoted. I would definitely use them again.
