Jeff came the day after I contacted him. The problem was a challenge (again Apple couldn't fix it) but he persisted and we came up an approach that worked perfectly. His price was a bit steep but really I was paying for the expertise and I know that doesn't come cheap. Overall excellent service and worth it.
