Two weeks ago, the technician came out and looked at a stove. We had spring breakers renting our condo, and they abused the oven by forcing or standing on the door. It is a self cleaning oven, and we wanted to make sure it would still self clean. They had to do adjustments on the locking mechanism. They assured us that it was okay to use. It was not a safety hazard, and all he billed me was for the service call. Their price was just as good as you can get at any of the discount locations. In fact, their price is better than those locations.
