not sure if the name, on August 2, 2022. An employee driving a white van pulling a trailer with blue scaffolding and a Mississippi tag. the driver had trash throwing out the window when the driver was unaware of the light turning green , a civilian honked the horn, as needed when someone doesn’t see the light. the Driver or employee of this electric company stuck his hand out the window starting to flick off everyone behind him and was shouting from driver window. this is a poor example of an employee and isn’t giving a good first impression for this company.

Telford Reynolds Electric did an outstanding job. The electricians were very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They completed the job at the time that was estimated. We were very pleased with their work. Gulf Power had disconnected our power earlier, so the work could be completed. It was getting late in the day and the city inspector had not showed up. The owner, Telford Reynolds, did a follow-up call and asked me if my service had been restored. I informed him that it had not and it was getting very late in the day. Mr. Telford Reynolds took the initiative to call the inspector himself. He got the city inspector on the phone and communicated to him that my inspection had not been completed and he asked the inspector to come out and do the inspection. Thank goodness for Mr. Reynolds, because Gulf Power would not have restored my power without the inspection. We would have had to go without power until the next day. Thank you Telford Reynolds Electric. These are the guys You want to call for any of your electrical needs.

The electrical outlet was done well and we're happy with it. However, the exhaust fan light doesn't work, is not anchored to anything and they left a hole in my bathroom wall. They failed to show up a couple of times before they actually got here. We would never hire them again.

Mr. Will Rodgers performed the inspection and provided me recommendations to improve and replace some items. Within the hour, he had checked all outlets, GFCI's and identified three areas that I could fix easily (and they are done!). I will highly recommend Telford Electric to anyone asking about an electrician.

Lights were installed, strategically placed.  Switches installed that were easily accessible. Great attention to detail was given.

Two electricians showed up, or maybe it was an electrician and a helper, they were right on time and were very professional throughout their visit.  They went right to work and narrowed the problem down very quickly and replaced the faulty part (the ballast) in the fixture and were on their way in less than an hour.  We would definitely call Telford Reynolds Electric again for any electrical problems we can't figure out. Great experience with them all around.

Service tech was extremely nice but seemed to lack some knowledge about how fans work. Didn't bring a flash light to work in the dark attic and ended up bending an air duct (which is no big deal, I was able to fix it myself). Control panel of the fan was installed upside down. Again, a very nice guy but had a lot of questions that he should have known the answers to, that is why I hired him and didn't do it myself. Over all, after several months the fan works fine but I have had to make several adjustments to it on the temp and humidity controls even after I told him what settings I wanted to use. This too was not a big deal as I was able to adjust them myself. Would I use them again? Maybe. Have also used Jerry Pybus several times in the past and they do excellent work.

Excellent service from the beginning call. They came out the next day after I called and worked quickly to fix my problems. The two men were polite, professional in behavior, and obviously skilled. They explained the projects to me and relieved my fears about getting shocked. This is my second great experience with this company. I highly recommend Telford Reynolds Electric, Inc. Also their prices are fair.

I was very pleased with this company. They responded promptly to me and the price was more than fair. I plan to use them again and recommend them to my friends. See above for details.

Contract executed May/June 2010 was for complete electrical installation with 400 Amp service. Company did not return numerous phone calls and did not show for initial concrete pour of foundation. Rough in was completed and inspected by county.

Company was again contacted for input prior to concrete pour of driveway, but did not respond timely.

At time to complete Trim-out, Telford Reynolds informed us that his permit had expired and he would not be completing the job. We subsequently learned that there were no permits pulled by his company at Bay County. After review by 3 separate electricians and a building inspector for the county, we learned that the service he installed is only 200 Amp (not 400 Amp as stated in our contract).

We have now been required to contract with another company to complete the work and correct their mistakes.

Overall, it's been OK, but I wasn't impressed.

Mr. Reynolds and his electricians did an outstanding job and did it for 50% less two other bids. They were polite, on time, and took pride in their work. I would not, will not, hesitate using them again or recommending them to others. It's good to have an electrician you can trust, and Telford Reynolds is that.

After losing power in several electric outlets I proceeded to try and solve the problem myself, as I usually can repair most common household problems. But after two days of frustration, I looked up Telford Reynolds Electric on the list, and called for an estimate. They were very polite and responsive. Their estimator showed up shortly, found the problem, fixed it, and did not charge me for it. Great!

They came out and did an estimate and were very nice. The guys who did the work were younger guys, not the estimate guy. They were decent, but seemed green. They knew they were going to have to replace some GFIs but had to run to Home Depot to get the parts. They did quality work overall, especially on the outside stuff. As for the flickering power problem, they just couldn't figure it out and couldn't give me any suggestions on what to try or investigate. When they were finished, they called with a total that exceeded my writted estimate by several hundred bucks. I called and argued the total and they conceeded and we split the difference. Moral of the story- they did a great job on the work they completed, but it was over the estimate and they couldn't fix one of the major issues. Our home is old, so maybe it's not their fault, but it would have been nice if they gave some suggestions about what the problem could be instead of just saying they couldn't figure it out. They send a thank you note follow up in the mail.

Excellent company. Used them for several jobs and every time, they were great. It's construction, so of course there were issues. They addressed and resolved my concerns. Everything was handled perfectly. I would have no reservations in recommending this company. My home is new and was treated with respect.
