Ben is the owner and he also has an engineering degree. He is great! He even offered long-distance help to me over the phone when I had questions about my daughter's furnace when I was visiting her out of state! It's a great company. They are competitively priced. I was using a different company prior to them and they saved me a lot of money when I switched. They've also been helping me on a pro-bono case for a family I was helping, and didn't charge me a penny! I really trust Ben since he has the engineering background.
