S.W.A.T. Pest Control

Service has been excellent and everything has been done and done very well.  When we bought the house, the lawn was immaculate and we wanted to keep it that way.  While that is difficult to do during the fast growning season in the summer, Josh has done an excellent job.  I am just getting accustomed to the plantings of this house and noticed that a border vine loves to spread up anything it comes in contact with including the house and other trees.  I have requested that they trim to maintain this and I am sure that they will respond promptly and positively.  Joanna in the business office has been a delight to work with and always very reponsive.  I would higly recommend them for courteous, prompt and excellent service.

UPDATE:  It has been a year since I began using this service and my lawn looks fantastic.  I had to contact them a few weeks ago to further control the relentless vine around my house and they sent a team out that day to take care of the problem.  When I returned from out of town, it was great to see that the vine was back undercontrol and completely removed from the house.  Recently I noticed my lawn developing burned spots during the weekend and when I checked the sprinklers, I noted that a pipe had split and sprinkle pressure had dropped resulting in underwatering.  Unfortunately I was again headed out of town, but a simple email to the SWAT office was all it took to get somebody out to fix the problem that day.  Overall, service has been excellent and customer service and response has been excellent!  I would continue to highly recommend them for the service they have provided this past year.

After a reasonable amount of time, four months, of monthly treatments for which I paid $50.00 each, I did not see any improvement in my lawn. Additionally, weeds were popping up all over, in the grass, the flower beds, the islands, etc. When I questioned both the technician who came to my home, as well as calling the office and speaking to a supervisor, I was told I needed to be patient because some of the problems I was having started prior to them starting my service, so I would need to wait until a full cycle was completed before seeing optimum results. I continued to pay monthly, still without results. After almost a year of wasting my money I finally called another company and asked for their opinion of the results. I understand that this company would be a competitor, and most likely would say they would do better, however, this company pointed out weeds that were two feet tall in my garden, and told me that that was not something that just popped up, that they were not doing a good job. As a matter of fact, this person said there are a lot of these types of companies out there, but SWAT basically does nothing but spray watered down something on a lawn which is completely useless. I wasted $50.00 month after month on this service, I would have been better off applying weed control myself, saving money and at least knowing what was put on my lawn and garden. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY, DON'T DO IT!!

S.W.A.T. Pest Control has a grasp of what it takes. They are very personable and they're local. First call I did with the owner and he came to assess our lawn which was nice to talk to the owner himself. They are very informative. They even give me a call the day before to tell me they're coming.

They're awesome. Shawn is the owner, but the gentlemen that actually does the pest control around my house, his name John Dale and he'll identify our problems, tell me what's wrong, tell me what I need to do, plus he'll give little side steps on me about my lawn and plants and stuff. So, I'm very pleased with their service. They are very reasonably priced. They are very punctual. When John says he's going to be there at 8 o'clock, he'll be there at 10 minutes to eight to make sure that he's in place ready to go at 8 o'clock.

Worked above & beyond.

My experience was not great. They did not take care of our lawn the way that we wanted. They could not get some of the problems under control. I would not use them again in the future.

They do not use herbicides that damage trees. They are prompt. Their technicians are well-trained and knowledgable. They do a great job.
