Completely UNSATISFACTORY!!!!!!!!!  DAMAGED POSSESSIONS AND HOME AND NO COMPENSATION!!!!   HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!   It took much longer than anticipated, therefore it cost considerably more than it was estimated.  I was told it took longer because they were taking special care in wrapping my breakables, but they actually did not take any special care.  They broke many glass items, as well as an office chair and antique armoire.  I am missing a vase.  They damaged my walls and ceiling and had someone patch the sheetrock, but never would send a painter out to finish repairing the damage.  My home has been patched and not painted since March 2013.  I have called repeatedly and have been told every time that Dave is out and he will call me when he gets back, but it is now February 2014 and he has never returned a phone call.

"We moved & packed her entire home attic, outside furniture & plants. Also stopped at a high rise condo to dropoff & picked furniture. We went out of our way both price & logistics for her move & she is saying we get "F" for overall score."

Their rate is $90 an hour, and they have a two hour minimum.  They were very nice to work with, and they came in and got the job done.  They did what I asked them to.
