Their customer service was exceptional. The salesman came out and followed up when the install team came to do the job. He came out to make sure that they were using the proper material and was doing the job properly. He also followed up with a phone call about a week after the installation to make sure that we were happy with it. They are very prompt. When you call them, they either answer immediately or they'll call you right back.
