Steve completely rebuilt the kitchen sink plumbing and fixed the bathtub faucet leak.  I was surprised at Steve's promptness, speed, concern for fixing the problems correctly and advice on how to maintain the household plumbing. I was pleasantly surprised with the bill.  I will use him again and highly recommend him.

This is not a company with many employees; just Mr. Smith. I prefer dealing with one person as my experience in this part of the country has been that a person either wants to work or does not. So when I find responsive hard working people, I employ them. Mr. Smith was professional and did a good job

Called about a rental property that had a water heater leaking.
He responded within the same afternoon and completed repairs at that time.

Steve showed up on time, identified the problems quickly, had to go get parts and fixed everything and explained in detail.
Cost was reasonable, would definitely use them again.

Mr. Steve Smith is an excellent plumber. We needed a faulty valve on our hot water heater replaced because it was leaking pressure. Steve came the same day we called and was able to replace it immediately. I asked him if he would also evaluate a situation with my kitchen sink disposal while he was there. I wanted the disposal in the left sink instead of the right one. I had been told that there was not enough drop for the sink to drain properly because the sink was too deep. Steve looked at it, measured it, and thought it could be done. He did the job the next day. He was right and the sink drains just fine. His work is well done and done in a timely manner. The cost was actually less than he quoted. I would recommend him very highly to any one who needs competent and professional plumbing work done!!

I have used Steve for several jobs at my rental units and at my home, he is prompt, arrives when he says he will and fixes the problem accurately and quickly. He does have a minimum trip charge, but he works quickly and accurately, and more importantly, stands behind his work.
