About us

I have been a full-time computer tech since 2007. About half of my clients are small businesses who need occasional IT support but can't justify having a full-time IT person. The other half are individuals and families. I do everything, from networking and virus removal to data recovery, new PC setup, tutoring and more. I have hundreds of satisfied customers in the Bay County, Fla. area. My tagline is "You crash, I dash," and that definitely is the truth!

He was right in all his advice. I have used his services for years. He comes promptly, works hard and the charges are always reasonab le. Often he will give free advice over the phone. The computer always works well after he leaves. My computer is getting old, but I count on Rick to keep it going for me.
