RELIABLE LAWN SVC

He sent out only his son and son brought a friend, to help one day. Job took 2 weeks longer than told, due to the fact that his son and no one else was seldom here. Ended up, they made me buy the pine straw, by claiming they had spent more time than they allocated to the job. I had to buy the pine straw, or the job would have never looked finished. Turns out, they did not use commercial grade landscaping fabric and had even put a layer of dirt on top of it, thus weeds grew back. The son placed nothing under the stone borders, to keep the stones from sinking in this FL sand. Three months later, all of the flower beds looked like a jungle of weeds again. As for the single pipe joint on the solar panel --- he had a "friend" of his to come over to fix the pipe joint. Next thing anyone knew, the entire panel system had been removed from the roof and all were laying in various parts on the lawn. When the guy finally did put all of the part back onto the roof, we discovered that every pipe joint he took apart, was now leaking. We basically ended up with a 12 stream of 6 feet high water arching over our roof, from each joint. They then told us that we would have to replace the entire system and they could do that for us, for another $8000. Why would I pay them anything else, when the co. I hired is the one that ruined the solar system in the first place! Instead of fixing a single problem, they completely destroyed a good working system. Since we are trying to find a clinical trial for the Stage 4A Colon Cancer, we have never had the solar panels fixed. We in fact have had the system removed, so non one will think we have working solar heat. Would be great to have a working system again, but it really does cost around $8000. for that version or around $6000. for the AC looking unit for the ground version. Do not be fooled by their very friendly nature. They do not know what they are doing and you will be out your money time and desires.
