Wonderful store to work with!!! The store manager, Gradi, took time out of her schedule to come to our home and help assess our specific needs. We used Kichler LEDs and the end result is a phenomenal lighting system that has transformed our outdoor space! Our backyard now feels like a resort and we're now in our hot tub and pool most nights of the week. The product is high-quality and the customer service is amazing! When the project was completed she and the product rep came by the house after dark to see it. Gradi made sure all issues were taken care of promptly and correctly. In addition to the great customer service on this project, Gradi also went to a lot of work to fix a problem that was another lighting store's responsibility. We had put an expensive under-cabinet LED system in our kitchen when we renovated and about a year later the transformer stopped working. We contacted the store that sold it to us & they said there was nothing they could do to help us and that we'd have to purchase another transformer. When we mentioned our transformer issue to Gradi, she worked diligently to get it replaced for us, even though it wasn't her responsibility!
