Been using the service since April. Suddenly he?s MIA and not responding to text messages. Paid for June and not looking like he came much or at all the whole month. Service included chemicals and tablets but wasn?t consistent on adding tablets. Messaged June 29 about needing to have the pool cleaned as it was looking bad. No response. July 2 I messaged, no response. And today, July 10th, no response. He never invoiced for July. I?m assuming we weren?t a good fit for his business? $200 a month for once a week cleanings plus chemicals. At this point I?m concerned something has happened to him. Nice guy.

Powells pool came here and helped me get my pool cleaned. He offered me a semimonthly service, that I agreed to. He serviced my pool the first month, but the pool was unusable, never getting clear. I left town before the second service but paid him. He has not shown up and has not answered texts or phone calls since. I do not know if he is ok, or if he is still in business. He is still listed on Angi. I just want my pool cleaned by someone that knows what they are doing. Angi failed me and it looks like I am out $110.00 for the week.

Great experience. My pool was green and now it's clear. They did a wonderful job. Nice people talk to him for a while about the pool in about everything. Definitely give Them a call.

James contacted me via phone and text, agreed on a price and he was here as agreed. We discussed the best way to clean the pool, and he went to work. Approximately 1 hour the pool was crystal clear. Very happy with the job results.

He is new to the pool field but he is rapidly learning and shows a lot of promise.
