Demonstrated competence from planning and permitting to cleanup and final inspection.  Both Ponderosa direct employees and subcontractors were appropriately skilled, experienced, and creative when needed.  The work was well coordinated, especially important to minimize cost for lease of manlift for exterior demolition, framing, siding, trim, and painting.  All workers were respectful in avoiding damage to our home. The project was completed as planned and budgeted.
First class performance resulting in a great addition to our home which both looks like part of the original construction from the outside and is finished as an extension of a room inside.  We are satisfied customers.

Ponderosa Builders did an excellent job at a fair price. Our experience with this company was very positive, and would recommend them to anyone. If we have a need  for anymore construction projects in the future, we will definitely call them again.

I wouldn't recommend them to our worst enemy. The work was done 10 years ago, so I'm not sure if they are still in business. They didn't honor their warranty and they ran a month over the date they told us they would finish. They never attempted fixing the problem. The guy that owned the place told my husband that the job ended up costing them money so they weren't going to do another thing.r
