Great communication. I was contacted each step of the process and was informed long distance on the pricing and scope of the repair. Adam did my services and did an outstanding job with the repair and clean up. I would highly recommend this company. I had a drain clean out at another location last year and was also very satisfied with that job. Great company to work with.

This was my first experience with Plumb Better Plumbing. The technician was there within 1 hour of calling them. He turned the water back on and verified the depth of the leak. They gave me prices and options up front. My choice was to re-pipe house through attic, re-pipe house through slab, or point repair in slab. He did express his concern of point repair in slab, because of vibration of jack hammer could cause any other weak spots in the pipe to break. Once a decision was made and contract was signed, within a hour 2 helpers showed up to get the water back on as quick as possible but correctly. I was impressed with the explanation of what has occured and options in repairing. I will definitely use Plumb Better for now on. It may have seen a little expensive, but, you get what you pay for. Best water pressure I have had in my house since I moved in back in 2007.

The technician was very fast getting to my residence, professional, and extremely proficient. My AC hasn't blown this cold since it was installed. They are my new go to HVAC service company. Thank You Plumb Better!

It went great!! This provider did not charge even though I live in the country about 8 miles to town. I will definitely use them again if I have another problem.

Incredible service.  Called at 9am and Scott was here by 1:30.  Courteous, kind, and very professional.  Advised of charges before work was started.  Scott had the work completed in no time and took the time to clean up after himself and ensure my satisfaction before leaving my home.  I will definitely be using this company for all of my future plumbing needs.

He installed a new valve.  No work involved at all as to soldering. He used some type of screw on valve.  It works but I feel $269 for 15 minutes of work was kinda high.

Repair was Made with generic pipe that wasn't the same diameter. This has resulted in a lower hot water pressure at the faucet.

Michael D. was my plumber a couple of times.  He was outstanding.  Way to go Michael!

Technician arrived promptly. Was told I would be notified when he was en-route, but I was not. That was okay, though, as he came exactly when they said he would. He showed me exactly what was wrong and gave a written estimate before doing the work, which he did the same day. His work was fast and efficient. Even with the savings agreement, prices are a tad high. And the savings agreement is only good for one year. However, buying it meant the cost would be lower than without it, so it made sense to buy it and save what we could. They also honored the $15 off coupon that I printed out from Angie's list.

Quick and clean.  I called them late on A Friday afternoon and they came out immediately.  They had locate the replacement and were successful by Saturday morning.   They arrived by 1000 AM and were complete by 1130.

Two guys came, very professional. Took care to keep things clean. Offered many options, taking care to point out potential costs of each. Started with the lowest cost, said would work up to the most expensive but it didn't get that far. They were very personable but didn't waste any of my time talking. Were not pushy with other options, didn't feel any pressure to do anything.

We had a VERY BAD experience with Plumb Better.
They were called to hook up the ice maker to our new refrigerator
because the guys that delivered it are not plumbers and it is their
policy not to touch the water line. The technician put in a shut off
valve and hooked up the ice maker. He put 3 braided lines together.
That's 5 opportunities for leakage! Four days later we noticed water
coming up between the slats of our bamboo floors. A section of our wood
floors will have to be replaced as they have buckled and warped (not to
mention the possibility of mold and mildew). The owner came to the
house and said it was not their fault, it was the guys that delivered
the fridge! WHAT? Are you kidding?!!? Our insurance will not cover it
since it's an internal leak. I would sue if I have the time and
resources! I am sick about it and terribly disappointed! They should be
PLUMB WETTER!

They are very professional, they were here when they said they would be and they fixed my problem.

Their work was excellent. They were on time. They were nice. Actually, I've authorized even my renter to call them if she needs somebody. The only thing was, I just really think their prices were quite a bit more than I've ever paid for plumbing. They did quite a bit of work for us. They're not cheap. I would call them back because they did a good job. I pay the price because I know they're going to be there when they say they are. I know they're honest and do what they say they're going to. I have not had any other issue at all.

Through the entire process the technician, John was very patient, explained what was happening and gave me informative optionsfor the fix. John is a very kind man and went above and beyond to take care of my plumbing issues. Awesome service, I will definitely call Plumb Better again. A+ Recommend!

Very effiecient and quick.  They responded very quickly and did what they said they would do.

I had the drain lines on one side of my house clogged up. I originally called Mr Rooter and they came out and quoted me approximately $250 to clear the drain and an additional $800 to hydroscrub the lines and put a camera down the lines to inspect them. I initially agreed and Mr. Rooter asked me if I would like to pay in advance. It was a larger, well known company so I agreed and this and Mr. Rooter actually ran my credit card twice for approximately $800 and was going to run it a third time before I stopped them. They didn't actually pull the money from my account, but they did obligate the money where I couldn't spend it for nearly a week (2 weekend days and 3 business days). The fact that this company had obligated approximately $1600 and was about to obligate another $800 without consulting me about how that would effect my checkbook was enough for me to decide I didn't want to use their services.
I called Plumb Better and they sent out Truck #20, Terry Taylor and he did a fantastic job. Terry got the line cleared and scoped the line with a camera and was able to tell me that the lines were in really good shape and didn't need a hydroscrub. The work lasted a few hours and it cost me $400, but it also saved me from spending an additional $400 for a hydroscrub. Terry was very professional, personable and very good at his job.  I felt confident in the work he did and I would use him again anytime.  I will be calling Plumb Better and asking for Terry if the need ever arises in the future.

Did a great job, only had to put a new valve on toliet.  The fellow was very nice and answered all my questions.  I might use them again, but will also  check out other companies on pricing.  Putting the valve on took all of 5 minutes at a cost of $269.  Very high to me.

The price was ridiculous. I did not shop around. I thought it was too much for an hour and a half worth of work.
