It was an excellent experience. The gentleman arrived when he said he would arrive. He continuously worked and didn't mess around at all. I would recommend him to anybody. He's coming back to do some painting for me.

Because I wanted it everything done in one weekend, John brought out a crew of 4. They completed everything over two days. Showed up early and worked hard the entire time. It was the best money I've ever spent. The STEAM power-washing made a huge difference. I've had my house power-washed many times, but it never looked this good. My house and fence look newly painted. The steam just melted the mildew away without being harsh to the paint and window caulking. My lawn looks perfect and so does my car. I'm pretty darn picky and these guys did a better job than I would have done myself. If it wasn't perfect, John would have them do it over again. I plan to use him once a month to keep everything looking great.
