+ -1 moreCalled Peaden based on recommendation of a neighbor; explained that one section of flexible duct work kept coming loose and we wanted an estimate on the repair of that section or, if required, replacement. Appt was set for 5:30 that same afternoon. At 6:30 Zach from Peaden called to apologize for a miscommunication, saying he'd just received the appt notice but would still like to come out if that was all right with us; we agreed. When he arrived, we went into the attic and he looked at the one section and said it was an easy fix - took a few screws and some flex ties. He then looked at the duct work overall and said it was in good shape. Based on our experience with Zach we'll be asking Peaden to take care of our heating and A/C needs in the future.
Description of Work: Having problem with one section of heating/A/C duct work in attic; called Peaden to request estimate on repair of problem area and to take a look at the duct work overall.

+ -1 moreI read their review in search of recommended contractors in this area because we were new. I wasn't sure because they were kind of little larger. We used them and I did not have any problems with them. They were responsive and easy to deal with. They have been decent. I had one little issue but it was do with the estimator. I don't think it was the reflection of the company.
