I strongly caution anyone considering Peaden Air Conditioning, Plumbing, and Electrical to explore other options. If I could give a 0 star review, we would. We engaged Peaden for over five different services, and in every instance, the work was plagued with issues requiring multiple technicians to return and correct their own mistakes. In several cases, Peaden was ultimately unable to resolve the problems, forcing us to hire other licensed contractors at our own expense to complete the work properly. Their back office operations are equally disorganized and unprofessional. Peaden consistently failed to adhere to their own agreements, making billing and scheduling unnecessarily difficult. In one instance, they proposed a solution that we accepted, only to later attempt to unilaterally change the terms of the legally binding written agreement when the test results did not align with their expectations. On another occasion, they charged our credit card without authorization for a job that had not yet been completed. Communication was a constant struggle—we had to follow up repeatedly just to obtain basic information, only to be met with unfulfilled promises and a complete lack of accountability. Peaden frequently claims that customer satisfaction is their top priority and assures clients that they will make things right. However, these assurances are meaningless when the company lacks the competence to effectively resolve the very problems they create. Their repeated failures demonstrated an inability to deliver quality service, rendering their promises empty. Furthermore, despite explicitly instructing Peaden that they were no longer permitted on our property, they sent a contractor months after a job was completed to "touch up" paint. Given their history of subpar work, this appeared to be yet another attempt to address deficiencies they had failed to correct the first time—without our consent. Considering the repeated issues, wasted time, and additional expenses incurred due to their incompetence, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend Peaden to anyone. A professional company should stand behind its work, honor agreements, and respect customer directives—unfortunately, Peaden has demonstrated the opposite at every turn.

Peaden sold me on a "Membership" that would give us discounts and priority (as we use them every few months to snake our pipes, due to some recurring plumbing issues). Because of our loyalty to Peaden, along with our membership, we assumed we were getting preferential pricing and were not being jerked around. I recently purchased an electric vehicle charging station, and due to my membership and loyalty to Peaden, called them first for a quote. After TWO WEEKS, an electrician finally came out to give me a quote and install my charging station (Keep in mind, I have already purchased the station, I merely need it installed). I had done some research and was prepared to pay an estimated $380-1100. Peaden's electrician quoted me $4500!!! I have since received two other quotes for $500 and $700 respectively, however unlike Peaden, these quotes were free. Peaden actually had the audacity to charge me $89 for such an outrageous quote!!! So much for loyalty... I joked with my wife that I should start my own electrical company, where I quote everyone a a million dollars per job, then demand $90 for my time. Not a bad grift. My recommendation is to check Angie's List. Their top two recommendations quoted literally thousands of dollars less than Peaden and both have me FREE quotes within 48 hours.

I’ve used Peaden several times over the years and lately had 2 bad interactions. First was about 6 months after they installed a new HVAC unit they came out for the free tune up/ cleaning service for members. Everything was working fine before they came and afterwards the AC quit. They were not able to get a technician back out until the next day. Turns out the water discharge pipe was clogged but they never checked that simple thing while they were checking the system... The second negative interaction ended up costing me several thousand dollars after they said they would call my warranty company about my water heater that went out. I paid Peaden out of my pocket and was promised (their phone recordings confirmed) they would call. They finally called several weeks later after installation and it was not covered since they did not call prior to install like I requested. Don’t use Peaden, they do not stand up to their word!

I injured my shoulder but needed a faucet replaced. I had already purchased the faucet. The worker came out for the estimate, which cost $75.00 alone. I thought the cost to replace the faucet would be a couple hundred dollars, reasonably, but was told it would be just under $500.00. This was after keeping me waiting for two days.

Called late on a Saturday night and the plumber showed up within two hours and got the job done.

Professional. Would hire again.

They come in the fall just before you use the heater and in the Spring for the AC. They seem to be competitive with everyone else. They do a good job.

Overall the job was very professionally done

They've been very good to us. I don't remember. It wasn't much. The last time we used I was very happy with the price. They didn't leave a bunch of screws out or something. Their responsiveness was excellent.

They were pretty good, they shot a camera up there and showed me that the vent was fine and not restricted.

For what I had done, it was expensive. It was plumbing. You just have to bite the bullet.

We on a contract with them. The price seems to be fair.

They were okay. Quality varies with their people. Responsiveness is very good. We were on a contract. We paid for the contract upfront, my husband and I. It was a twice-a-year visit. They needed more consistency in their trained employees.

Great, very professional, didn't try to up sell additional work. Came same day as called.

They have been known to be expensive. I know they backed up their work for sure. We had a few problems and they came out and rectified it for us. They stuck with it and did a good job. I think they are an A quality. They were a professional organization and that is unusual in these parts.
