they did exactly what they said, when they said and for a very good price in comparison to others.

They did a very good job. No mess in the house. Hose was handled carefully and floors were covered.

A guy came out and did a quote to remove the insulation in our attic and put in new insulation. After getting three quotes, we decided to remove the insulation ourselves, but hire Panhandle Insulation to put in the new insulation in the attic. I had to request an additional quote for the installation of the styrofoam vent chutes. It took them a long time to get the quote back to me, but it was reasonably priced. So, we went ahead with the installation. The morning of the job, two men showed up on time. They were very courteous and professional. They worked quickly despite the intense heat. However, I did have to directed them to reinstall a few vent chutes which had been installed incorrectly by the young assistant. The young man corrected his mistakes without any fuss. They did a great job ensuring full coverage when blowing in the insulation. Also, I did have a small amount of clean-up after they left, but overall it was a good experience. I would recommend this company to anyone who is not afraid to go up in the attic and check the work during and after the job. Had I not directed the worker to reinstall the misplaced vents, those vents would have not worked as designed. However, the price and availability of this company was excellent. With a little supervision, we ended up with great result at a great price!

Came out day after I called for estimate. Installer were on-time (even early) and were done in a little over an hour. They took great care of our home and left nothing behind. We also qualified for a rebate from Gulf Power of about $350.00. Panhandle supplied all the necessary paperwork making this a very easy project. I would not hesitate to refer tham to a friend or call them again.

Bill, our estimator was very professional and knowledgable. He sent out Jose to access our difficult attic space and he was great to take pictures for us with our camera so we could see better what we were dealing with in the really tight spaces above our problem room and suggested adding Provents to help ventilate the attic space better, something our other estimates had not suggested. We decided to accept their bid for the work and it took us about a week to schedule the work and get it done. Jose and his helpers came and did the work in a couple hours and were careful to clean up any little fuzzies that escaped. In addition, Jose went the extra mile and again took "after" pictures for us since my husband wasn't able to be there that morning, and that way we could see more easily the Provents and the difference in insulation up there in the hard to access areas. We are already noticing much improvement in the problem room's temperature management, so we are happy with the work.

Panhandle was prompt in making the service call and thorough in explaining my options in determining whether I might be able to have blown insulation put into my ceiling to abate impact noise from the unit above. They also followed up after the visit, after doing more research on the problem. I also appreciated their honesty, when they told me they did not think anything could cost-effectively be done in this case, an unusual circumstance for them.
My only slight disappointment, considering I didn't have any work done, was that over the phone they had led me to believe this would not be a problem, whereas once they were at the condo, they said it would be very messy and they would have to open holes all over the ceiling. Still, I'd rather they tell me the truth up front than try to sell me something, so overall I am appreciative of the bad news they gave me that they thought nothing could be done in my case, short of taking down the entire ceiling, rather than try to sell me something that they didn't believe would solve the problem.
