I mainly went with them because of the termite bond because they have a very good termite bond.  The only thing I don’t like about them is that the person who does the service in our neighborhood does the work only one day in a week and you have to be there when he comes.  That does not work with my schedule.  They are more expensive.  They are very responsive.  They call me back immediately.  The guy calls me the day before and gives me the timing when he will be in the neighborhood.  He is the only guy who does work in this neighborhood.  The guy comes and sprays the outside of the house and does not spray in the inside if I am not there.  I have to pay for that visit anyway and I don’t get what I pay for.  In between if there is a problem they will come immediately.  I think I will find somebody who has a more flexible schedule.  I would recommend them to somebody who is always available at home.  They provide good quality service.
