Don't know where you are from but you mentioned several times that where you came from you could get this and that for this and that price well here where I am you get what you pay for. Now please repost that your yard had not been kept up in some years because you are a new home buyer( house had been in foreclosure for over a year) and your grass was only cut and never edge or weed eated, also it had been several weeks since the last cut. Now after we agreed on a cheap price with no clean up charge added to it, you asked if I could squeeze you in the same week on short notice. We did even due to a lot of rain because I gave you my word we still did it. No one came to you and said nothing at all because of the shape your yard was in. Now your next cut Mrs. Half truth we cut in the rain because we didn't get to it the week before because of rain. We as a business can't, and will not work a miracle over night unless a clean up is involved. Now we will work with you if you can't afford this and I felt you couldn't due to everytime I quoted you a price for a manicured yard you wanted a cheaper price, but any other company would have charge a clean up fee. I gave you a great deal and I also told your husband because of the terrible shape your yard was in that it would take a few trips to get back right. And all of the cutting trees and shrubs to the ground was winter work for me. Your yard had not been kept up in over a year. That's why you don't understand a yard left uncut will look scalp when you cut it. Was there grass left in the yard, maybe but we tried to blow off as much as we could in the rain, pouring rain. So if you would please let the readers know the whole truth please, that's all I ask of you OK. This is not politics OK. I'm a God fearing man before a owner, and I try and work with people and you know this because I didn't leave until we all was happy with the price, a cheap price at that. I know what type of company I run and I can get a hundred customers to back my work up. I'm sorry we couldn't make you happy, but for you to lie and say I didn't ask you what we did wrong is wrong. I know your kind and I will stay far away. There is no need to argue with unsatisfied customers when I have many that completely satisfied, especially not over 90.00. You want a lot for a little bit of nothing not from Morning Sunrise Landscape! You are more upset that I did not go back and forth with you about the issue and I just moved on.
