My wife needed a battery to be replaced, which she just got in April 2012 for some reason. When she went in there, she told the person who was in charge that the battery has gone dead in a very short time, and the person replaced the dead battery with a brand new one. Their prices are good. They have good clothing. They are very personable. They are very good in taking care of the customers and putting batteries in the watches and also servicing them. They also gave me a new watch because they messed up the battery of my watch and destroyed it. They are excellent as far as watch repair and services are concerned. They also have good jewelry. We like the way they are. I would use their services again in the future if I need to.
