He was very courteous, prompt and was on task the entire time even
though I talked and pestered him quite a bit. He was polite and cleaned up ALL areas.
I have their number saved and he will definitely be who I call again when I need any
electrical work done.

Two problems occurred when he was installing light fixtures, and he was able to create alternatives that pleased me. One solution was to use part of the old and part of the new bathroom fan and the other was installing a new exterior light that did not fit the original cutout. I was completely satisfied with his work.
My learning curve was that if you hire a professional electrician, buy higher end fixtures so that the end product is more acceptable for a long time.

Not only did Mr. Jones repair the shortage issue, he also checked
another problem we'd been having but hadn't reported to OR (flickering
lights on an ancient came-with-house-and-its-hideous chandelier in the
dining room) and swapped it out for another fixture I'd bought a year
before (and intended to replace on my own, but was too afraid to do so).
For that service, normally a two-hour job (the chandelier was HUGE and
the replacement fixture even BIGGER), he charged me only one hour's work
(about $50-60, as I recall). While doing so, he essentially taught me
(spending the time to tell me what things were, how they worked, etc) me
by example, answering every question I had.
In addition, he gave
me very valuable tips on doing my own electrical work ~ valuable enough
that my husband was shocked to see that I'd replaced several other
light fixtures in the home. And that's all thanks to Mr. Jones! Only an
EXCEPTIONAL professional is secure enough in his abilities to share his
knowledge with others!
To give him an A+++++++ rating would be a vast understatement!! and lt;3
BTW, he did such an amazing job, and was such an utter professional, that our next project is too big for me to complete ~ installing tons of landscape lighting ~ and Mr. Jones will be the professional we call! and lt;3

My old house needed major upgrade and Jason and team managed to do all without any problem. They were effecient and polite and considerate. Jason gave me a detailed list of things to be done and a firm bid in writing and when I decided to change the plan he was very willing to change the plan and renegociate what would be included. They did most of the work right away and then came back and completed the work after I had the sheet rock done and new cabinets installed in the kitchen.

Replaced 2 hall lights, 1 porch light, 2 outdoor flood lights.
Came on time.Cleaned up after their work.
Very good experience.

First, our home warranty company referred us to another electrician (who shall remain nameless ~ at least, for the time being) who subsequently blew us off (on what was coded by our warranty company as an and quot;emergency calland quot;). Frustrated, I called our home warranty company and asked for another provide ~ expecting the same sort of attitude.

To our delight and surprise, we were referred to Jason. Not only was he responsive, punctual, friendly, and professional, he worked us in his busy schedule (which meant driving over an hour to get from a previously scheduled job without complaining!!), he gave us tips on reducing our energy bill, on landscape lighting for our home and installing new motion/security lights. He quickly did the jobs requested and gave us VERY reasonable quotes on further work (the landscape lighting and security lights).

In installing the new dining room fixture (a large one, at that, on a sloped ceiling!), he took the time and care to make sure the fixture aligned properly with the tiles on our floor ~ without being asked to!!!!

To say that we will be using him exclusively from now on is an understatement. Due to the age of our home (circa 1980's), we have plenty of upgrades that we'd like done ~ and Jason will be (if he's not sick of us by then!!) the one doing them! He's already coming back next week to install new security lights and landscape lighting, but we'll also be having him rewire our pool house later on in the year!!

I just really can't say enough about Jason. He and his colleague were simply wonderful. Leagues better than I ever dreamed of! We are more than simply satisfied with him ~ we are ECSTATIC!! :)
