Very good. They're very responsive, they did the work quickly, and they explain to you what they're doing.

We came down to Panama City for Spring break with our 4 kids. The brake pedal of the Toyota Sienna required pushing all the way to the floor and we were starting to hear some screeching sounds from the front. I checked Angie's list for highly reviewed auto repair shops that do brakes. I called 5 different shops, and Hewett was the only one to give me an on the spot estimate and they could get us in later that day.
Upon arrival, Billy was really helpful and personable. He immediately put the car up on one of their racks and gave us the option of replacing the front rotors. I really felt he laid out the pros and cons and left the decision to us. We decided to replace the front rotors along with getting new pads. On the back, we were just going to replace pads, but then he brought in one of our rotors for us to see how rusted it was. We decided to replace the back rotors also. He was concerned about the caliphers, but hoped the greasing the slide pin would get extra life from them. It appeared to work.
The only reason that I give them a B on price was that on the front sign, they were advertising a cheaper price. Perhaps that was for something different than we had done, but then Billy should have explained why the difference.

When I came in, there was one person on the phone doing business. He didn't acknowledge me even with a nod. A second man finally came in about 7 minutes later and asked if I had been helped. At which time the first guy got off the phone and completed the transaction. Frankly the first guy was never friendly or for that matter very talkative. But, I had not made an appointment, the job was done in an extremely timely manner, the cost was great and I had no complaints about the work. If you want to make friends this may not be your place but if you want quick service, good work and very reasonable prices this is definitely the place to get work done.

They were a little bit slow, because they were buried with business. They are very honest and reputable!

We would not recommend them to anyone. We told them to put some other set of tires because we had some mortgage on the car, but they wouldn’t listen to us. They just plugged it in. They messed up the sensors of the car when the tire gets lower. One of the caps was missing and it stinks. We waited for three to four hours. We didn’t know any of the tire places around here, so we didn’t have a choice. We’ve still got two tires that have got plugs in them. We are seeing to get four end tires. We would not use their services again in the future.
