They did everything and then some. Very attentive to my neighbors fence. Removed a large lemon tree and trimmed a large oak that was hanging over my roof. It would have damaged the roof in a hurricane. Clean up was great, like they hadn't been there. Would recommend them to anyone needing professional tree work. Thank you Randy!

These guys were fantastic.  They removed a huge tree for $550 which was one-third of what the competition was asking. They were courteous and professional.  I would hire them again anytime I need tree service.

They cleaned up very well. In 2012 they cut down a big pine tree that had been hit by lightening. In 2014, they removed a dead tree. He left no stump. He went ahead and took out the tree, removed the tree, cleaned it up and trimmed the bush next to it.

Randy Wright has good expertise, a large crew, and good equipment. However, he seems to overbook himself with work, and the rainy summer may have contributed to the problems.

The first several times I called, I never got a response. I eventually learned that the best way to make contact was to call Randy's cell, not the office. Even then, several times, he said that he would come on a certain day, and did not, without any call to let me know.

When they came to do the work, they came with a large crew and worked very fast. I had to watch closely to ensure that all the items that we agreed to were completed.

Overall, the work was done well, but they seemed to be rushed and overbooked, so their responsiveness was poor. I will try someone else before I try them again.

Randy responded to my call quickly, came and gave an estimate, and since his crew was completing a job nearby the job was done including cleanup in a very short time.

It took a couple of weeks to get an estimate, but after a second call, we learned that they were extremely busy at the time. Randy came out on a Saturday and confirmed that the maple tree was dying and should be removed. The popcorn trees were just nuisances. He subs the stump grinding, but calculates the estimate for that at the same time so we knew the total cost. They showed up right on time to do the work. The first thing Randy did was take the crew on a walk through of the job so that everyone had the game plan. After that, everything worked like a well oiled machine. Every person on the crew had a specific job and went right to it. They had to use a crane to remove the maple tree from the back yard and expertly lifted it, section by section, over the house to the front yard where they cut it up into smaller pieces. They removed a section of fence to get to one of the popcorn trees, and the stump grinders reinstalled it when they were done. After Randy's crew cleaned up and left, the stump grinders came by a couple of hours later and made quick work of that. The whole job only took about 3 1/2 hours. We are very pleased with the experience and will not hesitate to use them again.

We had a really good experience. They removed it in record time using all sorts of machinery in our small backyard. We were impressed with the quality of the work and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good tree service!

I had done the tree service by Gulf Coast Tree Specialist Inc. last year. They removed the trees from the roots with no damage to my house. They trimmed some branches of other trees. They are very professional. They use the workers actively. They are very efficient and very safe.

Although we had a samll communication breakdown, when we finally met up, Randy was professional and very knowledgeable. He took the time to go around the entire exterior of our home and tell us what was growing and how to deal with it. Since we live most of the time in another climate zone, this was very helpful. We had him remove various stumps, one entire tree and had another tree trimmed. He stuck to his word on arrival time and on price. I would recommend him for any tree advice you may need and will definately hire him in the future.

In and out without any problems. A difficult situation made to look far easier than it was. They cleaned up all debree and acted courteous and professional.

After calling at least 5 other businesses who either would not return my phone call or travel the distance to my home, I found Gulf Coast Tree Specialists. Randy was extremely easy to work with, flexible with scheduling and payment while being very professional. He did a follow-up call to make sure I was satisfied, since he performed the service while I was at work. All debris were cleared from my yard and property when I returned home. They arrived at 8:45 am moved their equipment in to my drive and took my tree down limb from limb. Using a cherry picker and chain saws.

They showed up right on time and were done in exactly one hour. I had anticipated a 2-3 hour job. All of the workers did a great job and had a great attitude. They did an excellent job cleaning up the yard too. I will have them back again in the near future.

Randy took down a large tree for us at our office. The tree was actually over our building but on the property behind. He went out of his way to negotiate the removal with the neighbor at no cost to us, secured permissions and his crew was quick, professional, and safe during the entire process.

I called Gulf Coast Tree Specialists for a free estimate on removal of tree branches to close to the house. He showed up on time and asked what I wanted and told me what he would suggest. When his crew showed up a few days later after I made an appointment. The crew came in and removed the branches and took them to there grinder machine it only took them 10 minutes to complete the job and you would never know they were there. They cleaned up after there self's. The road and driveway was clean. The crew was very professional and always respectful of my property. They are Licensed and insured and one of the best in the business, I would highly recommend them.
