WAYNE'S PEST CONTROL SERVICES, LLC

We pay $33 a month. They're great. They come every month and they do their job and we haven't had any bugs. When I first reached out to them, they were very professional and they got right back to me and had somebody out that day. They're very good.

Michael (our servicer) is fantastic! He always shows up on time to perform our pest control services. He sprays each room and takes care when he has to move our personal items in order to reach corners and tight spaces. After he finishes, he always takes time to let me know of any problem areas he's noted and things I can do to prevent any further infestation. He patiently answers any questions I have, and is even polite to my rambunctious small dog (bonus!).
The pest control application is extremely effective as well. There is an immediate reduction in the amount of (live) pests encountered inside our home the entire duration between applications. I would definitely recommend Gulf Coast Pest Control.

I spoke with Kelly on the phone first. She answerd my twenty questions and gave me all the information I needed to take care of the service. She was also able to take my payment over the phone. She was very informative and pleasant to speak with. She told me the date of service and the name of the technician who would be doing the service.
Jeff was the technician and he was prompt and an all around nice guy. He answered my questions and made sure I was comfortable with the process before he began. The treatment only took about 30 minutes since I have a small home. Once he was done he made sure I didn't have any additional questions and completed the necessary paperwork. The previous owner recommended Gulf Coast Pest and I feel I will be pleased with them.
I have had a great experience the Gulf Coast Pest (so far) and would definately recommend them and their services to other homeowners.

I called them .they responded right away.the pricewas right. They came the next morning as promised..the 2 guys were very good.and very nice.they were finished in about an hour.I will use them always. I had bad fire ant problem.they sprayed for fire ants and fleas.They will come back in two months an spray again

They did the job they said they would and the lawn was in good shape when I returned. I did notice some fire ants in the yard, but due to the rain we have been having this is not to be unexpected. When the technician arrived I asked him about the fire ants and he made extra effort to address the mounds. I also made an additional payment and this was noted on my bill rather than asking for the normal payment. I would use them again.

They are here when they say they are going to be. If we notice more weeds than we expect or something they will attend to it at no extra charge. We walk to them every time they come out. They do the job and check with us to make sure everything is going as we want. When I talk to the owner the first time they were out he told me if they were not doing the work to fire them and get somebody else. His feeling was That is they are not doing the job right for you then get somebody else. That was refreshing to me. I am very happy with their service.

We have been very satisfied with them. They are prompt and on time. I will continue to use them in the future.

.When looking for company, he had the best answer. He said if I wasn't doing a good job, you can fire me. Customer has used them for approximately a year. Found some companies that were less expensive, but didn't like their answers to customer's questions.
