Been a customer for over 12 years, They have $150 deposit, had a bill due of 190. Economy has been bad our business slow so behind a bit. Called the first of the month and made payment arrangements to pay Friday the 16th, Today Wed the 14th my power was shut off. When I called they said they had no arrangements on the computer but somehow they didnt turn my power off on the 2nd??? instead waited 2 days before my payment arrangement. I had to take off work to meet the guy here at 4:30 and pay him in cash to get power turned back on,. He arrived at 4:50 by the way. About this same time last year they supposedly didnt recieve the check in the mail didnt call or anything just turned power off, same situation had to pay the guy in cash to get it turned back on then next months bill was charged a reconnect fee which i'm sure will be added to my next bill. I have been late a few times through all the years but always pay there ridiculous late fee. They know there is nothing you can do if you want power in this neck of the woods. Here people complaining all the time
