Delivery was right on time promised and workers were personable and efficient. Did not ask them to install the new flat screen wall mount, sins I had already installed the mounting hardware and auxiliary electronics connections for previous TV. Great job, and took away all the hassle of bringing the large item from the store to the house and then figuring out what to do with the old one.

While friendly, it became quickly obvious that the techs were only capable of basic installations such as RAM or software upgrades. They did not charge for the discussion of the problem. Any real troubleshooting requires them to send the computer out of store. After discussing the POST issues I was having I quickly realized the inexperience of the techs and the limits of the services they can provide.
