pool cleaners, remodeling
 + 0 moreStarted out very good. Great communication and showed up to clean on scheduled days (as far as we could tell). As the season hit it peak things started to go south. Owner would come into town and find pool not cleaned and no response to phone messages until days later. Always told it was their busy season by owner Hember. Midsummer pool was found not running and called service provider. Was told that the PVC cracked while being serviced and they would be out to fix it the next day (I agreed to repair cost). No one showed to do repair. When I called same excuse, busy season. Hember told us to keep pump running. Several weeks later still no repair. Long story short pump burned out and pool left in total neglect. Owners neighbors call to let owners know of situation. All of this time we are told that pool is being cleaned and pump has been delivered and installed tomorrow. Tomorrow never came so we finally cancelled contract and to this day have never been contacted or refunded the last 2 months service payments for services not provided.
Description of Work: Hired to service home pool weekly and to make repairs as needed.
