Computer never worked right after that.

"[member name removed] unfortunately when you put a fresh new copy of windows on a computer all you can save is raw data files. You can not in any form save programs and you have to reload your programs such as your printer, microsoft office, etc. because of legal issues pertaining to the company wants to make sure you purchased the software legally.For your repair we did all we can do LEGALLY. Sorry you did not have a good experience with our company."

Virus shut down my computer so Fastland had to re-install windows. -If you expect them to call you to let you know what's going on, you'll be dissapointed. You have to call them every step of the way. -It took days longer than they said it would. -Even though I have all of the important information (pics, vids, files) on the computer that was there before, I can't open a number of the files because they neglected to re-instal some of the programs that came with the computer in the first place. -My computer DOES run now though. I'll give them that. I understand the complicated nature of computer repair, but simple customer service shouldn't be THAT difficult.
