They also offer pest control but we don't use that, we don't use them for pest control. We use them for their termites service and we have a contract called the termite bond with them; so, essentially, if something were to happen as far as termites are concerned, they would do the service and they would pay for whatever damage was sustained because of the termites because we do this yearly service and we purchase what is called a bond with them. So, it is basically a guarantee that as long as we maintain the house the way we are supposed to through the inspections and for some reason we were to get any kind of termites, the damage is covered. To maintain the termite bond yearly it is about $225, but that was not the cost of the contract for the initial bond. But, I don't know how much the initial contract cost because we did not purchase it; it came with the house and we are maintaining it. We did not have to repurchase it, it transferred with our ownership. When the house was built, they were the company who did the initial treatment of the ground and the slab. So they guaranteed it for the first year or so. When the new owners bought the house, they opted to continue the bond, so thereafter all they had to do was pay a maintenance fee for Environmental Security to come out, treat the perimeter and inspect. And the way it works is, if they find something that is a potential for allowing termites in, the house owner has to make the correction. So your part is to pay for the bond yearly and than you have to do whatever the company, upon inspection, tells you to do so that you mitigate any potential for termites to come in.

They are outstanding. They come back if there are any problems. They do a yearly service rather than the usual quarterly service like most companies do.

They are always good. There is nothing really to dislike and they are easy to get a hold of and if you call one day because you have a problem they will come the next day. They are efficient and they spray for bugs.

They are very nice people to work with. I would encourage any one to use them. They do quality work and the price was reasonable. I would recconmend them to others and use them all the time.
