EMERALD CABINETS INC

I had a nightmare of an installation, off centered sink (due to the draftsman not changing the size of my sink per our verbal agreement and building the wrong cabinet. I also have cabinet trims that run into windows, holes that were cut in the wrong size for lights on my built in and false botoms falling off. Finally they did a terrible trim job for my farmhouse sink. Not to mention the installer made a huge dent in my cabinet in the process. When confronted about these issues the unprofessional owner simply yells, which just shows his lack of professionalism and customer service. Exactly one year later my cabinet doors are falling off and every piece of hardware is popping off. This is due to the fact that they used short screws in the first place. The paint is chipping off revealing white paint underneath when my cabinet is supposed to have received two coats of gray paint. When trying to claim their “one year warranty” the owner makes up a balance that was supposed to be credited due to the cabinet being damaged (despite the fact he sent me a final invoice which was paid in full). He then flat out refuses to stand behind his product while yelling at me on the phone. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. This is the "fair price" that ends up costing you more in the long run. If something goes wrong you will get no warranty whatsoever.
