Overall excellent experience, with tile and (especially) grout looking like new after cleaning and sealing. There were a few communication issues initially, such as when the date change on meeting with the estimator wasn't passed along, but the company made it right. Have recommended to others and would hire again.

Fabulous experience, I called 2 or 3 other companies first only to be told it would be a day or two before they could send someone out. I called Daystar before 8am and was greeted by a very friendly woman and I explained my situation and the urgency to get someone out not only due to the appearance but the smell itself was overwhelming.I asked if she could help me and after she briefly put me on hold she returned to tell me that she could help us and after taking all my info she said it would be around an hour. I couldn't believe what she said, an hour to have a technician at our house.. not days. Once the tech arrived he came in and took some measurements, looked at the mess and gave us a quote. The tech Adam was very knowledgeable and courteous, he made sure my children who were home were not allergic to any of the enzymes he would be using then he came in cleaned and deoderized the carpet and checked to make sure I was happy with the results. All my questions were answered completely and I was given a welcome packet with a bottle of spot/stain remover as well as a discount cards for future cleanings. From the time I called their office to the time the tech left my house it was less than 3 hours, and considering the smell and amount of doggie doo that was all over my living room I am ecstatic with their response time and professionalism. I will definitely use them again for any routine or emergent issues.

Terrible, they had to come back twice to redo areas that were "half done" and didn't clean a single window in the house!! When I called and asked why "Steve" the owner/Manager said "we don't do windows" haha I thought it was a joke but he said windows have to be quoted separately if you want them cleaned. I would consider a $1200 "DEEP CLEANING" of a house to include pretty much everything inside the house including windows

I wasn't impressed. The carpet did not look clean. I gave it a couple of days when it dried and I took Mile's Carpet Cleaner and went over it and got lots of dirt out of one, one room particularly. The carpet was not clean. The price was not bad. It was like a $100 for a 500 square foot. It was not the price. If I had to pay it any more, I'd really made a complaint, but the carpet just was not clean.

no problems. showed up on time for estimate after which, upon approval, started work promptly. work was very satisfactory.
