He is a licensed plumber. With the vendors that I deal with, if they do what they say, and their price is reasonable, that I give all these traders a lot of work. I probably get a little better price than a home owner that calls maybe in one, two or three years. Price would be acceptable to a landlord or a remodeler that wants to use them as a subcontractor. I try to go with the best available like carpentry, roofing, and handyman, but when it comes to electrical and plumbing you have to get a licensed contractor.
