They have been very good. Price was steady. Rating them a B because, I have few problems with the phone.

They were supposed to come install internet. I waited a week.  They showed up and told me that they don't have Comcast on this side of the street.  I had to go out to Comcast to see when they would dig so that I could get internet service.  Someone was supposed to come out and they never came.  I was so disgusted with them and wanted to cancel the rescheduled appointment and when I called I was on the phone for an hour with a person with a language barrier who gave me so much trouble about cancelling the appointment.  Then she said she cancelled the appointment, but I came home one day and Comcast was digging a hole in my front yard.  I was very upset about this, but the workers explained to me that they had nothing to do with the mix up and would not be paid if they did not complete the job.  They had come a very long ways to do this job and he was ex militart so I let them finish the job.  The trench they dug was a very good job though.

perfect.  there were no issues, the  cable card was activated.  I had to make 2 calls.  one to regular customer service. they did not know much about cable cards.  the second call was to a special phone line that handled cable cards.  they were able to get the cable card working.
