I am not finished yet, but Jan Lambert at Coldwell Banker United is the best real estate agent I've ever experienced working with. She is a sweet, wonderful person and an excellent agent. I have been looking for a home for quite a few months and Jan is very responsive. She makes time to take me out looking at houses. If I ask a question about the house we just saw, she will have an answer by the time we get to the next house. (example like when was the roof last done, or is it in a flood zone). I've made offers on 3 different houses now. She has come to my work on my lunch break and my home. I am currently waiting on a short sale and she keeps me updated regularly. I have no doubt that if this one goes through, she will be amazing all the way to the end.

They are very quick. The house that she got had everything that we wanted. And their interest rate is only 10%.
