While his work was excellent, his professionalism was completely lacking. He did a good job cleaning but, when he decided to take a full time job, he didn't notify me until I called him to remind him I had a guest that needed cleaning after. At that time he told me that he had instead hired out someone else a few clients earlier, without telling me. When I later went to the condo after his friends' most recent cleaning I found that his friend had done a completely inferior job.  When told his replacement would not be welcome again, and asked him to return my rotation set of high grade cotton bedding and towels, he never did. After reminding him a few times, three months later his subcontractor returned one set of towels and sheets.  I still have outstanding over $500 worth of linens he refuses to take responsibility for.  I gave the boy a chance because he sounded hungry. Unfortunately there's just a lot to be said about maturity and this boy doesn't have it.
