I have been using him for the past year. We buy distressed properties and remodel them. I use his service all over. He does anything from trouble shooting to new construction. I like that he knows his stuff. You do not have to stand there and watch him. He is reliable. He shows up when he made the appointment, and if he cannot, he does call you and tell you that he would be late or that he would have to postpone. It is usually because of an emergency with someone else. In doing what I do, I like that because if I had an emergency I would like to know. Then, they recognize it and put me on top of the list. He is a licensed electrician.
