I interviewed 3 different people and picked Troy Smith. He just did not do his job- but still got paid for it. I am also posting a complaint with the Florida Real-estate Board about it. The realtor was no help. It took 2 weeks to get the sign in front of my house. He did not explain to us the kind of loan people were going for and what it would take. The closing date did not hold up because of the load the people went with. He never even let us know when the loan went through with the people- the title company had to tell us. He was terrible. This ended up causing me to pay out of pocket. This was a nightmare and he was absolutely unprofessional and argumentative.
Description of Work: I went to this company to have my house sold.

they charged out of my deposit a pet fee of $150 when we have never owned a pet. I lived there for 2 years and in that time I called twice about the A/C and once I had to wait 3 days in July to get them to fix the air and when they did, they tried to say my husband blew the compressor when he wasn't even home. The maintenace man did it while flipping the breaker on and off causing brown outs. On top of that, I paid a professional cleaner 4140 to do an exit cleaning and it was fabulous, yet they charged me $258 to do it again. Such a rip off. The place was in so much better and cleaner condition when I left than when I moved in.
Description of Work: We rented from them for 2 years and 2 floor 3bd/2ba town home.
