Fabulous!!!! Number one, the sales rep. provided the design and quality thru a website and info so I could pick out color, we live in GA, and arranged install on a very very tight schedule. We had renters checking out that morning and new guests that afternoon, and they carpeted two bedrooms. Great Job!!!!!

I said I would use this provide again, with one caveat: I negotiate a better price and they use installers with better work ethics.
The sales process went great. Kendra did an excellent job helping us pick out the right product for us. The estimate was a bit high, but she explained the quality of the tile is the best and I would never have to worry about cracked tiles. After recovering from the price, we went ahead and asked them to do the install. We were very specific about the short time frame we were working with. We closed on the house the third week of May, and had to be out of our other house before the end of the month so our new tenants could move in. We were assured there would be no problem.
The installers did a very good job, but, in my opinion, did not work the hours they should have. As far as I know, they were not working any other job but ours. The first day, they came in to rip out the old carpet and remove the old tiles. After three hours, they left for the day. Really? That's it for the first day? I mentioned my concern to the store employees, but was told they really have no control over the installers, and installing tile is a hard job. I understand that, and that's why I didn't do it myself, but who do the installers work for?
Just as I suspected, the hours put in each day were lacking. Five to seven hours is all they worked each day (at most). What I think should have taken no more than one week (five days), took eight days, almost putting us in a bind. I do have to give them credit for working Memorial Day. I was shocked to see they had worked that day, but relieved as well because there is no way they would have finished in time otherwise.
All-in-all, the tile looks great. I see some areas that should have been addressed. For $13,000 I expected to have a perfect floor without chips in the tile. I have seen some minor chips, but thought the installers should have seen those before cementing the tile to the floor and maybe used another piece. Other things I see could have been better, but we are very pleased with the floor.

This is the second time we have used Carpet Connections, the first was to purchase carpet to be installed. Chuck our salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful. The installation was perfect, they cleaned up all the mess and helped move furniture back including putting our bed back together. The second time was just this past week when we had new hardwood flooring put in. We worked with Chuck again and also had the same installers, again everything was perfect. We will soon be using them again for new tile in our kitchen, I know we will have the same service as we have had in the past. I will only use Carpet Connections from now on.
