He passed everything while doing the home inspection. I have requested a copy of the inspection, but he has failed to provide documentation after multiple inspections. After moving into the home, a rainstorm caused the roof to leak. I had a roofer out and they stated that the roof was damaged and beyond repair. His failure to make this known will cause out of pocket costs (est. $14,000). The roof had rotted and should not have been approved.
