The tech arrived the next day, looked at the machine and said "nothing can be done." It's not worth tearing into the machine, it's way too much work. I didn't believe them so I pulled out my screwdriver and figured I had nothing to lose. I am no appliance expert but I opened up the tub, removed the spring and had the thing back together in under two hours. To top it all off, after NOT EVEN TRYING to fix it, and recommending a new one I was charged for the service call because he showed up. I expect if I'm going to pay a service fee to at least get service. Avoid these guys like the plague.
