I had recently had some flooring work done and when they reinstalled the toilet they did not tighten the valve back correctly. I did not know what was happening. He came within a day of my call and took less than a minute to figure out it just needed to be tightened and not replaced. I did have to call him to come back once again cause it was still leaking but he came out THE SAME DAY and did not charge an additional penny.
